Your safety is important to us! If facility rules and lifeguard direction is
not being followed, customers will be asked to depart the facility.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:

18 years of age and over have unrestricted use of the facility and services.

16-17 years of age have unrestricted use of the facility. However, to book or enter
into a contract for any services, a qualified adult must be present and sign any agreements. Minimum age requirement for lap swimming is 16 years old.

15 years of age and under are permitted full access when under direct qualified
adult supervision. Use is permitted during instructional programs or when a qualified adult is present with them at all times. Everyone 15 and under is permitted to be a participant
(participating in age-appropriate programming) or spectator in a special event only under direct adult supervision.

Children aged 6 and over a must are not allowed in the opposite gender locker room or
dressing areas. With children in dressing areas, adults must use the lockers enabled in the dressing room. To protect all individuals’ privacy, taking photos in the locker rooms while in use
by a customer is not authorized. Direct qualified adult supervision is always required.
*A qualified adult is a parent, legal guardian, qualified child & youth program personnel, and fitness & sports center
personnel conducting a program or coaching.
SAFETY:

Program /event age restrictions take precedence.

The lifeguard’s word is final at all times.

Parents are responsible for their children.

Non-swimming adults and children must remain in the shallow end of the pool. Children
must be with a parent at all times – Please check Age Restrictions.

Only 1 person is allowed to use the diving board at a time.
-
Big toys for use by swimmers only.
-
No running on the pool deck.
-
The use of flip-flops in the pool is recommended.
-
No pushing, shoving, playing, or inappropriate behavior.
-
No diving into the shallow end of the pool.
-
No hanging on lane lines.
-
During lap swim, patrons must share lanes and swim in an anti-clockwise
direction.

Swim lessons/personal training by authorized JFC lifeguards’ personnel or by
authorized groups only.

Glass, sharp objects, or any other item that might cause injury or accidents shall not
be allowed in the pool or pool area.

No drugs or alcohol in the pool.
HYGIENE/ETIQUETTE:

Proper swim attire is required. No underwear, strict clothes, cut-offs, denim shorts,
or thong bathing suits are permitted in the pool area.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool, except for water and unbreakable
containers.

Children who are not toilet trained must wear clean diapers.
-
Gum and band-aids must be deposited in the trash cans before entering the
water.

People with a contagious condition may not swim in the pool.

Spitting, spouting water, blowing the nose, or discharging bodily waste in the pool is
strictly prohibited.

All persons using the swimming pool must take a shower before entering the pool
enclosure.

Persons having open blisters, cuts, etc., are advised not to use the pool.

Children aged 6 and over must change in the appropriate changing rooms.

Do not walk naked outside changing rooms (including the lobby, swimming pool, and
sauna). The use of the hairdryer is allowed only with bathrobes/ clothes and shoes/ flip flops.
